Next Day Postage ....
We don't have a minimum order value except in December, but we do have a fixed next day postage charge of £7.95 to most of the mainland for one single item, or for many. Apart from small orders we subsidise our postage charges to the tune of several thousand pounds a year and we do not charge for packaging materials. Please have a good look around our website and see if we can't tempt you further. After the first item ordered, any subsequent lines ordered are effectively post free. |

Traditional Extra Mature Vintage Farm Cheddar - Montgomery
We have stocked this cheese for almost fifteen years. We discontinued it in the Spring of 2005 due to constant price increases and concerns regarding the quality. Although the cheese can have a wonderful taste there has always been a problem with blueing. In 1990, our first Christmas, we bought several cheeses and almost all of them were unusable. Whilst we continued to support this maker, he decided in 2005 not to accept the return of any blued Cheddar. Therefore, it is not economically viable for us to stock it anymore and we notice that several other retailers have also discontinued this product.We can really recommend our other vintage Cheddars or Cheddar types such as Vintage Poacher and Ashmore, which appear in our shop section 'other firm and semi-firm cheeses'. |

Mature Rindless Cheddar - Cathedral City
Cathedral City is a good everyday rindless mature Cheddar. So is our everyday mature rindless Cheddar - consistently good but without a brand name as such, and good value for money. |
