Next Day Postage ....
We don't have a minimum order value except in December, but we do have a fixed next day postage charge of £7.95 to most of the mainland for one single item, or for many. Apart from small orders we subsidise our postage charges to the tune of several thousand pounds a year and we do not charge for packaging materials. Please have a good look around our website and see if we can't tempt you further. After the first item ordered, any subsequent lines ordered are effectively post free. |

 | Cheese Selection
We are always delighted to put together a balanced and interesting selection of the cheeses that are in perfect condition. A lovely gift or a treat for yourself ... Add a note of any types you do or don't want included, in the box 'please enter any other comment or information' during the checkout process.We always choose what is in really good condition at the time of despatch.We also have some specific selections if you scroll further down the page.Sometimes we are asked: "I want to send a gift - how soon before a birthday or Christmas should I send it?" Our answer: It really depends what you are sending. Whole cheeses such as a whole Cheddar truckle or baby Stilton usually have a shelf life of three weeks or more. If you are sending a mixed selection, the soft cheeses will only last two weeks at the most. In our experience, usually recipients do not mind using the soft cheeses before the event. We often say that you should treat a cheese gift a bit like fresh flowers. One wouldn't send fresh flowers and hope for them to last for three weeks.
