| POSTAL STRIKE(S) - We normally do not have a minimum order value apart from December despatch dates. However, because of the postal strikes, we will be sending everything via Royal Mail Parcelforce, who are unaffected by the strikes. This is more expensive for us so we are having to impose a £25 minimum order, excluding postage. For the few postcodes with a postal surcharge, this will be applied for all orders. Our apologies for those who only want to make a small order, but we thank you for your understanding. As soon as the postal strike finishes and the backlog is cleared we hope to return to our policy of no minimum order. |

Delivery information ....
We don't have a minimum order value except in December, but we do have a fixed next day postage charge of £7.95 to most of the mainland for one single item, or for many. Apart from small or very light orders we subsidise our postage charges to the tune of several thousand pounds a year and we do not charge for packaging materials. Please have a good look around our website and see if we can't tempt you further. After the first item ordered, any subsequent lines ordered are effectively post free. You can order now and delay the sending of your goods, because you set the despatch date at our checkout. We do not take payment until we pack your order just before despatch. We send out goods on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays; in December we send out on Mondays too. |
