| A shop section on our own website
Want to sell on the internet but don't know how? Have a good product but not used to internet selling? Is your own website not working well? Want extra sales from us?We added a category of 'Hampers' on our website this year. Have a look. This was for a friend of ours who puts together wonderful hampers but had not been very successful with his own website due to poor advice in the setting up. We simply sell the hampers on our site, take payment and e-mail the order to him. His company despatches the hampers. We send payment to him within twenty days, less our small commission. For him, there is no ongoing cost if there are no sales. For us, there is only a little extra administration once the section is added. We make a 'one-off' charge for the setting up which can be labour intensive. E-mail us first if you are interested in a selling section on our website, and let us have your own website details and/or photographs of some of your products. The commission will vary according to the product you sell.We would very much be interested in other speciality foods such as fish or meat products, food-related items such as kitchen gadgets, barbeques, Christmas items (our website is busiest in December) and we would consider any other type of product. Don't worry that we are primarily a cheese business, because we can tailor-make your section to include key product words which will be picked up by internet search engines. One thing you will need is good photographs; we take our own and we can even help there, for an extra fee, because we have our own small photo studio.Our setting-up charges are below:
