Shropshire Blue

The cheese was invented in Scotland at the beginning of the century. It is one of the creamery blue cheeses made from cow's milk. The cheese has a mild flavour and fantastic taste. Thanks to annato (a plant extract) the cheese has a deep orange-brown, natural rind.
