The site is split into two parts. On entering the site you come into our content section with information about our business and the products we offer. By clicking on the SHOP button you will launch the secure shop in a separate browser. Our shop uses 128-bit encryption to safely encrypt credit card information from the moment you send us an order until we download it.

Please note that cookies are used in the shop part of the site. Cookies are small files that are sent to your computer while you shop with us. They are necessary for our system to keep track of the items you have chosen. If you are experiencing problems with our shopping cart please check you haven't disabled cookies in the preferences section of your web browser.

Weights

All weights in the shopping section of the site are given in grams. If you are having trouble quantifying the size of wedge you want to order the table of approximate conversions below may help!

Please note that it is impossible for us to reliably cut exact weights of cutting cheeses. We will therefore adjust your final invoice to reflect the actual weight of cheese cut. An adjustment amount will be clearly shown on the final invoice included with your order.

250g = 9oz
500g = 1.1lb
750g = 1.7lb
1kg = 2.2lb

Conversions are approximate.

Delivery

At the present time we are only supplying addresses in the UK. Due to the nature of our products and the high cost of overseas postage it is not currently possible for us to satisfy international orders.
