ALEX THE WEBMASTER MOVES ON (SEPTEMBER 2001)
Stand by while the cheesemongers blow up the computer (perhaps on purpose)!

Alex Hinds, who built and maintained our website, is moving on - to be more accurate, moving home from Bristol to about eleven thousand miles away in Australia. He has done a super job for us and, following some training with Philip, we are now responsible for the site and its updates. It would have been great if we could have trained our dog Monty to look after the internet site, especially as he has his own e-mail address and his photographs in the News Section, but his paws proved to be too large for the computer keyboard.
So from now on expect the unexpected on our site and please let us know if something doesn't funccccction correctly! As for Alex, our thanks for a site many people have complimented us on, one which helps create extra business, and his tuition on the computer.
We wish Alex and his wife all the very best in Australia, which is a fantastic country, and we are sure that they will do very well there. After settling in, Alex will continue to be a webmaster so his link will stay on our site and, due to the international nature of the Internet, he will still be able to build sites for people, even in this country.
This is just as well, as we may send out a distress e-mail to Australia when the computer does explode. It's just such fun working with so many complicated files!
