Gabriel Blue Cheese

This blue-veined ewes' milk cheese, matured in a man-made cave, is soft and creamy in texture and has a sweet, nutty flavour which is complemented by the slight bitterness of the blue veins. Produced in Lancashire and a British alternative to Roquefort.
