 Feeling blue? Cheer yourself up with one of our specialities! We stock a variety of blue cheeses; soft, semi-soft and firm. If you have any leftovers, blue cheeses are some of the few cheeses to freeze well as they generally have a high moisture content.

 We have a wide range of soft cheeses - most come from the Continent, but we also have one or two British surprises! Usually very easy to ripen and just require taking out of the refrigerator a couple of hours before eating.

 If you are allergic to cheese made from cows' milk, then some of these cheeses could be just the thing for 'ewe'! Sheep milk products do not have the distinctive 'goat' flavour which you either love or hate and are more easily digested.
