Dear House of Cheese, Thank you for being an utter joy to deal with, for delivering on time and providing us with fabulous wedding cheese. Many of our guests were enthralled by the choice instead of fruit cake! My Mum in a moment of genius, commissioned the two little bridal mice for the top which finished it off perfectly. Dear House of Cheese, You kindly advised and helped us with our choices of cheeses which we had for our wedding cake on 1 December 2007. I just wanted to send you some pictures of the finished article and how the cake looked. My husband, Brett, and I were so pleased with the cake and it went down a treat with our guests and was a real talking point. Our guests enjoyed the cake during the evening reception along with some nice Port. We did not want our guests to leave with a sticky bundle of fruit cake stuck to a serviette - we wanted them to be able to have their cake and eat it! Hi - we ordered a cheesecake from you for our wedding on 17th May. It was absolutely amazing and everyone said it was delicious. Please could you tell me exactly what cheeses were sent as we didn't know (they were unpacked by the caterer) and people kept asking us. We thought you'd just like to see how our wedding cheese cake ended up. All the cheeses were absolutely fantastic, the hundred or so guests loved them, especially the cornish yarg which went down a storm. Thank you so much for supplying us with such great cheeses. Hi Philip - It’s taken me a while but I thought I would send you a picture of our wedding cake from November last year. I would just like to thank you for the direction you provided on this, I don’t think I would have been able to put this together without referring to your photo gallery. Luckily I was able to get my florist to help me decorate the cheese on the morning of the wedding. I must say that it was a huge hit on the wedding night and it all disappeared pretty quickly (even the extra 3kgs of brie and camembert disappeared too). Thanks again and Have a Great Day! Stacey

Hi, I just wanted to drop you an email to thank you so much for our fantastic Cheese Wedding Cake which arrived on schedule & in perfect condition for our wedding on New Years Eve 2008. It went down a storm with our guests who had never heard tell of a Cheese Wedding Cake before. I have even passed on your details to a guest who is getting married soon themselves. Please find attached two photo's of our finished cake which our chef decorated beautifully with fruit while I supplied the cheese markers which were little mice on a wedge of cheese so that our guests knew what they were having. Dear Jenny, Thanks for pulling out all the stops so we got our cheese in perfect condition. The wedding went really well and everyone said it was one of the best they'd been to.
