Running a good internet business requires many of the skills we have learnt in the shop over the years plus a few others. We try to give a top class service, first class packaging and subsidised next-day delivery. Customers often give us very nice feedback. Of course we are always conscious that we're only as good as our last piece of cheese!

I just want to say a (belated) big thank you for the beautiful Olivewood Cheeseboard that I ordered earlier this month. The service and delivery turn-around was excellent, and I really appreciate all your help getting it to me at such short notice. Very happy customer! Natalie

The cheeses arrived in first class condition and I am grateful to you for the trouble that you have clearly taken to reduce the impact of the extremely hot weather - those arrangements worked very well. Dear House of Cheese - Many thanks for the prompt service and being sympathetic when I phoned to explain I'd inadvertently ordered two plates instead of one in my panic to get the order to you. This was so delivery would be in time for me to take the plate to the USA next Wednesday as a 70th birthday present. Hello. You recently sent us two truckles of Cheddar which we took with us on holiday to Scotland. I would like to have sent you pictures of the cheeses enjoying themselves on the beach, collecting shells and swimming in the surf, but we ate them instead and they were delicious, and MUCH MUCH better than the two we bought at vast expense from xxxxxxxxxx last year.
