Delivery Information

Fixed next-day delivery charge of £4.95 to most postcodes as we subsidise our despatch charges to the tune of several thousand pounds a year. We send out goods on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays; in December we send out on Mondays too. For a Saturday wedding we suggest you choose the previous Wednesday at our checkout and for a Fiday wedding we suggest the previous Tuesday. We pay for a next-day delivery service but next-day delivery is not guaranteed.

We need you to give us a month's notice, preferably longer. We will take orders with less notice if we can, but it takes us time to get stock, in exactly the right condition, at the right time for your wedding. We always pride ourselves on only supplying great cheese, otherwise our wedding business wouldn't last!

We have arranged these cakes in size; the smallest at the top and the largest at the bottom. Each cake will feed a minimum or maximum number of guests, depending on how much other food is also being served. Please think about how many guests you will be feeding and then find an appropriately-sized cake. All cheese sizes are approximate, so there can be some 'give and take' in the number of guests any particular cake will feed.

Christmas is coming ...

We always have more potential business than we can cope with at Christmas, so please order early. Eventually we have to close our internet shop completely and we therefore suggest you place your Christmas order now and set your despatch date for December. We take no payment until we pack your order. This year we plan to restrict the number of lines we sell so that we can fulfil more orders. We will remove the option of ordering 250g cuts in the final run-up to Christmas. This restriction will probaby commence at the end of November or the start of December. Our Cheese Selections contain small cuts.
